Optimal Bike Fit
We have developed through extensive research our very own Bike Fit system called the Optimal Fit System. We can optimize your performance on and off the bike. The optimal bike fit is about more than just angles, we spend a lot of time working with you to incorporate information about your goals, your strengths and weaknesses, flexibility and movement behavior patterns. Our system activates your dormant muscles that were caused by an improper bike fit and or poor movement patterns.
Once your fit is complete we help teach you proper biomechanics of the pedal stroke and how to engage the different muscle groups. In addition, to every bike fit we also perform a functional movement screen. The FMS also known as our Human Movement Program allows us to determine and treat poor movement patterns cause by previous injury and or poor mechanics. Then, we prescribe you exercises to help you achieve optimal performance. Once your Optimal Bike Fit is complete you will roll out of here with a riding position that maximizes your power and comfort, for all-day performance. Learn more about the benefits

With Mike's help, I was able to get back on the bike and ride again pain free from chronic injuries. Mike's biomechanical bicycle fitting allowed to increase my power, flexibility and improve my form. I am also recovering better from each ride. Additionally, I was able to put 2.5 minutes on my friend on a 10 minute climb. —H. Marq Prince
