Meet Your Nutritionist!

Cindy Dallow, PhD, RD, CSSD

Cindy has over 20 years experience in the field of nutrition and exercise. She has helped people of all sizes and shapes achieve their health and fitness goals. She has worked as a clinical dietitian, a graduate teaching assistant, and a community educator. Her love for endurance sports combined with her desire to help others enjoy the benefits of active living, gives her a unique perspective on health and nutrition.

As a Certified Specialists in Sports Dietetics (CSSD), Cindy is currently the sports dietitian for the University of Northern Colorado's Performance Team. She also teaches sports nutrition at UNC in Greeley and is the head nutritionist for Kinetic Loop Training System LLC.

Practicing What We Preach

Cindy has been running and biking for over 20 years, completing numerous road races and triathlons, including twelve marathons and one Ironman triathlon. She is currently training for her 2nd Ironman triathlon (Arizona, 2010). As a busy mom to two active children, she is well aware of the challenges of working, parenting, and training. Hence, her approach to nutrition for busy cyclists, runners, and triathletes is to keep it simple, realistic, and very, very, flexible! Don't waste your time trying to figure out what to eat before your next event- ask an expert and get back to training!
