The Indoor Power Workouts is a cycling specific workout which takes you through a 6 week program that quickly and effectively improves your performance on the bike. Each athlete will be provided with a power meter and trainer to use at during the workouts for local athletes. Remote and local athletes have the option to purchase trainers and power meters (SRM, PowerTap, Quarq)

  • Twice a week for 6 weeks, KLTS Coach takes each class through a progressive indoor training protocol.
  • The program focuses on Power at Functional Threshold, Power at Vo2max, and Repeat Power at Anaerobic Capacity, and improvements in power-to-weight ratios of 10-15% per quarter are common.
  • Field Tests are performed to determine baseline
  • Training with friends gives you the incentive to really push yourself.
  • The classes are held at Kinetic Loop Training Systems and soon Online.
  • $300 per 6 week course.
