Kettle Bell Classes

Classes are taught twice a week and are 1 hour in duration. These classes are limited to 8-12 participants. The goal is to make sure everyone is performing the exercise with proper technique and get in shape.  We focus on the quality of movement and not the repetitions. Kettlebell training is one of the fastest way to get into shape to achieve your 2012 fitness goals. Don't let your fitness goals pass you by.

  • $200 per 4 week course.
